1. connections are usually good, but sometimes are a bit slow.I have a lot of problems about this app! First: if says that i connected succesfully but doesn't ACCTUALLY comnnect to the server, second: only 3 days straight it worked perfectly fine, but then it became horrible, third: i connect it to a server but then when i leave the server for not even a minute (like 5 seconds) i come back to see it changed automatically to another server, this app is not good at ALL!! 2. Used to be amazing, Used to love this app, easy to use, connected immediately, extremely fast speeds, but I just returned to this after a while and I just... What in the world happened?!? It looks like it was stripped of all ease of use at all, and just looks soooo bare bones now, Edit: pro tip for us on Android, go to APKPure and find the release from April 8th 2021, it still works perfectly and brings back the extremely nice user experience, be sure to delete the current one to install the oldused to be fine, but ads have gotten egregious lately.

1. Fix ACT VPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ACT VPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ACT VPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ACT VPN" » Open ACT VPN – Unlimited VPN & Fast » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ACT VPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ACT VPN – Unlimited VPN & Fast app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ACT VPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ACT VPN – Unlimited VPN & Fast" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ACT VPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ACT VPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ACT VPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ACT VPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ACT VPN not working

2. Fix ACT VPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ACT VPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ACT VPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ACT VPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
