1. cut that problem out and now my videos don't even upload! I will have had several videos recorded and ready to go but then it takes the entire day tediously attempting over and over again to upload it! Then it doesn't even work, the video expires and I've lost money for the time I've been spending just to get things to work!I like the app so far it credits you within a few minutes after reviewing , the chances of your video being approved is pretty high as long as you are not in a loud environment or outside where there is cars .

2. It is better now.For the most part really simple process to complete surveys, I can appreciate that the questions are on the screen as you are recording your response, brilliant!! The Influence portion doesn't seem to be loading for me although it appears there should be more on the screen but it's always blank... I'm enjoying it thus far just takes awhile to accumulate to the $15 minimum.

The questions that don't pay are just to give you more opportunities for ones that do pay, the key is to do it The downside is sometimes the surveys doesn't complete or if you want to do a 8 minute survey it could take a little longer other than that , it's pretty good for the most part .I like that the app is easy to use.

But can't with the current state it's in.It does suck that you have to do at least $15 Worth of surveys to be paid out...I feel like it should be less, or even better, no min to cash out...But I do like the app quite a bit, and I've been on it for several years now! It can be very hard sometimes to get a survey also, so it's occasionally kinda hard to rack up that $15 Min needed to cash out.

5. I am SO frustrated! If I try to take a video with the app, it does not matter how bright my lights are, it makes the image so dark that the only things you can see are my eyes and teeth.

6. I have tried the app on 3 different devices and I have had the exact same problem on each one.It is a good app but very frustrating when you record a video and the task is already expired.

7. I also had an issue where I went to walmart to record a video for 15 dollars...was told I had a guaranteed spot if recorded that afternoon.

8. If I use the camera compatible setting, the video is fine, but it does not allow me to upload it.

9. If they fix this, I would be willing to complete more videos.Very buggy, expiring surveys, lagging.

10. When I use my own camera, the lighting is perfect, but it does not offer the timer countdown to let me know if I have gone over the time allotted.

11. Support is generally good at responding, but you have to use support far too often for things that should just work.

1. Fix Influence Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Influence: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Influence App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Influence" » Open Influence by Voxpopme » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Influence » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Influence by Voxpopme app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Influence servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Influence by Voxpopme" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Influence app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Influence might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Influence. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Influence then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Influence not working

2. Fix Influence Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Influence be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Influence not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Influence may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
