5. Customer service only would give me enough credits to reverse the changed setting, not to refund/cover the original credits, so I am still out the money paid without any benefit.

9. This is a limitation in the app, and not the hardware! There really needs to be a way to save chart settings so you do not have to re-create what you'd want to record each time.
