Klede Customer Insights

1. TWO THUMBS UP!!!! πŸ‘πŸΎThis app is hysterically bad, yes, it does have good shows and movies, and I do recommend that, but the constant hassle that you have to go through to actually play the movies like constant ads and just lot of other value functions at this damn thing needs to fix it, gets so tedious and annoying to the point that I can barely stand it anymore.

2. And it has a lot of movies on it that is hard to find like Teen Wolf.I wanna start off by saying, fix &/or check the subtitles! I got the app to watch more anime and a lot of time they would constantly switch between english and a diff language, usually I'm ok with this, but that is if I have the subtitles to support it, but alas, I DON'T.

3. Entire app is always dropping service on all servers 1, 2 and 6.It's has all the great movies and shows, everything was going great until the TV shows have to be shared to unlock each episode or pay $2 a week.

4. Not only is it convenient but it also has great movies and shows you can watch non stop all day long.

5. When new movies and TV shows come out, I just wait a little bit then I'll go check on Klede and it's usually there ; if it's not up at that moment, I'll bet I'll see it up soon.

6. 4 stars, only because I'm critical, first, the ads, and second, some movies are movie theater recorded and not in English or even English subtitles.

7. Okay great but every time I decided to just ahead and pay for it, by the way, I think it's kind of worth it, the app crashes, the shows keeps shutting off and sometimes starts over, sometimes the whole app starts from the beginning.

8. It's so annoying at this point, I'm almost ready to delete itFIX THE APP 01/17/22 The only thing that I have a problem with is that when attempting to mirror whatever you are watching on your television, it says play success but it hasn't connected.

9. And 2nd: A lot of them are recordings and dont have a lot of my favorite movies & shows on it.

10. I find all the shows and movies I like without all those paid subscriptions.

11. I enjoy watching the movies that you have there and able to locate movies of my choosing, but I would really like for you to cut off these advertisements of games and many other things.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Klede Issues

1. Fix Klede Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Klede: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Klede App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Klede" » Open Klede » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Klede » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Klede app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Klede servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Klede" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Klede app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Klede might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Klede. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Klede then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Klede not working


2. Fix Klede Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Klede be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Klede not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Klede may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Update, I see that I was charged $2.19 I stead of the $1.99/week for 2 weeks. Apparently a $0.20 tax was added to each charge, therefore O expect the full $4.38 returned to my account immediately instead of tbe $3.98 mentioned in first complaint. Your practices are unacceptable and appear fraudulent. I don't care if it cost a dime, I do not like to be scammed. Completely unacceptable. I expect a response in 24 hours
