1. This could be a great app if you sort out the translation, especially for the online shopping and promotions.This app is so bad like the management of Vinhomes in last 2 year, infact Noone reply to your email, request, complain also if they charge an expensive bill more than than the original.
2. Scan & go does not work at all, I can't scan QR or even manually add products into my shopping cart, NOTHING IS WORKING AND THIS MAKE ME FURIOUS.
3. More often than not, I can't open my bar code from this app within 3 minutes which is a waste of time while standing in the checkout queue, this app even occasionally ask to login, you guys really don't want us to save points!Extremely buggy, very disappointed first experience.
4. I need some meat and all the time the app said "temporary out of stock" then I have to go to shop just to find out that all products I need are available.
5. At last, online shopping is still not working then I give up and use this app only to get Vpoint at shop.It makes supermarket shopping so much quicker and easier.
6. More funny the reception and the app give you a free phone number to phone call but meantime you are talking they will cut the call.

9. As for using the app for bill payments - that is not possible because of govt banking laws regarding connecting your bank account (foreigners only) to vin wallet.
