1. When i open it in browser and mobile , camera is working buti in download application in windows camera doesn't work.It is used for virtual court hearing.firstly no earphone or ear buds would work.today the app.kept crashing and did not work despite uninstalling number of times .had to miss important case.Trying to have an evisit for my daughter and the app kept closing.

2. Why the hell is ANYONE using this instead of Microsoft Teams or Google Meet?! Now I have to wait a month to find out, AGAIN, that this app doesn't work correctly.

1. Fix VidyoConnect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VidyoConnect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VidyoConnect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VidyoConnect" » Open VidyoConnect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VidyoConnect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VidyoConnect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VidyoConnect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VidyoConnect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VidyoConnect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VidyoConnect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VidyoConnect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VidyoConnect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VidyoConnect not working

2. Fix VidyoConnect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VidyoConnect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VidyoConnect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VidyoConnect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
