1. Tried other phones and it's the app not my phone as it doesn't work on anything else I try either.I love that I can watch The Chosen plus other Angel Studios productions in one app.
2. We have to be ready for frustration if we want to watch an episode.The video needs a lock button to prevent accidental taps on the video progress bar from skipping forward or back, which makes it impossible to find where you left off.
3. And the rewind button needs to actually rewind the video as many times as you press it and not just back 1 second only once before buffering for half a minute despite my data speeds clocking in at 930 Mbps.I want to give it 5 stars because its an amazing idea.
4. The app launches at the beginning and I have to not-so-fast "fast forward".Worst streaming experience trying to watch Season 3 of The Chosen.
5. The only issue I've run into is that even though it says "resume episode", the one I was in the middle of started over again from the very beginning and I had to scan to figure out where I had left off.
6. It doesn't remember where we left off and rewind or pause doesn't work.
7. The phone scan website would not open, so I tried the browser, which said the code was expired.
8. But it had so MANY bugs and when turning the phone sideways to get the full view, it gets stuck with only partial visual and all the words description showing and it keeps going back and forth.
9. If I wanted to pause, I'd tap the screen and wait for the menu to open for a minute.
10. After this last update I can't even use the app now, when I open the app it says angel studios with a black background and it stays there and does nothing.
11. Can't watch anything longer than a few minutes without it buffering and freezing up my android phone.
On Jan 16, 2023 I began a monthly donation of $30 split into 2 $15 payments. But my credit card was charged 4 $15 payments. Could refund me $30 and we'll be squared away. There was no option to give $30, only $15 and $50. We love The Chosen!
wife and I have donated for many months.....we're in your system, credit card and all.....today our payment wouldn't go through and Google Pay said we have to verify our card with a code, plus $1.95, etc....even the "code request" was denied, and messages like "contact your bank" etc.....is this The Chosen or some kind of scam? we've never had to jump through tech hoops to send you money before, and don't want to start now....we're in our 70's and don't like tech stuff if it starts to threaten our security.....what say you?

I ordered the preorder of the final series plus a book. I thought they would be combined as one order but they are separate and there was no part that said it can be combined. Every time I open the app a box pops up asking about app activity. I can’t do anything about the box. The app is completely useless to me right now. I couldn’t even watch last night’s livestream on the app. I had to go to YouTube. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This box just keeps popping up and I can’t get rid of it. Help!!!!

My app screen is frozen with a page that says Activity? at the top and says Help The Chosen optimize advertising efforts… I can get it off . It’s frozen! I fell asleep watching on my tv a couple of nights ago and it’s been frozen ever since. Now I can’t watch. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Hopefully you can help.
