1. I end up getting stuck with outrageous interest and returned check fees, and I've been a Verizon Wireless customer since the early 2000s!! I have never had this kind of problem with a card or any other online autopay system before this experience with Verizon Visa.

1. Fix Verizon Visa Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Verizon Visa Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Verizon Visa Card App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Verizon Visa Card" » Open Verizon Visa Card » click "Update".
