1. I end up getting stuck with outrageous interest and returned check fees, and I've been a Verizon Wireless customer since the early 2000s!! I have never had this kind of problem with a card or any other online autopay system before this experience with Verizon Visa.

2. Absolutely horrible!!!Deja vu this app can get real confusing cuz it always ends up on your Verizon phone account, options pops up to sell you a new phone, and then you have to look for your Verizon Visa card payment options and stuff like that.
