1. Anybody who passed NCLEX recommends this!I have an active subscription, but the app keeps giving me an error authenticating user message...and there's no way to get help.Actually it is very disappointing to charge 30$ extra fee to add NGN questions to previous active accounts while some accounts receive it for free.

2. You told me with a previous email that it will be added for free after April 1,2023Everyone recommended Uworld to me and I'm glad bc I just passed my NCLEX last week.

3. Also, would be helpful if the system would creates quizzes out of the questions that were not practiced, and/or answered wrong and then use the questions answered correctly when taken in previous quizzes.

4. It's nearly impossible to read thr NGN stuff while on mobile.My only complaint is that when I'm scrolling in one of the NGN questions sometimes I move to the previous or next question due to gestures.

7. Read every rationale, even if you get it right! Try to complete 75 questions at a time and select all topics instead of focusing on one at a time, it helps you to get in test mode.

8. 75-questions a day for 3 weeks and I passed my exam with the minimum number of questions.

1. Fix UWorld Nursing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UWorld Nursing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UWorld Nursing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UWorld Nursing" » Open UWorld Nursing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UWorld Nursing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UWorld Nursing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UWorld Nursing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UWorld Nursing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UWorld Nursing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UWorld Nursing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UWorld Nursing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UWorld Nursing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UWorld Nursing not working

2. Fix UWorld Nursing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UWorld Nursing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UWorld Nursing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UWorld Nursing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
