1. The monthly statement doesn't show the $5 off for the automatic payment, so I don't know if that's being taken off my monthly bill or not.Fix the damn app or remove it!!! It only works once in a blue moon!!! And from the other reviews that I've read, they are having exactly the same issues that I am!!! I have better luck going online and logging in there and paying my bill.
2. It's ridiculous how hard it is to make changes, check you information, or pay a bill to a cellular company over a mobile device.The app used to be so convenient, I haven't been able to use it to pay my bill for months! Can't even log into the app anymore.
3. How is a cell phone company unable to develop a decent app!? Update: Fix your app already! As soon as I open it, the screen changes between the log-in, home page, and the loading screens about 10 times before finally getting to the biometric log-in option.
4. Then it doesn't even sign me in! You want to bug me about paying my bill? How bout you make easy to do!App hasn't worked properly since the update in September, and neither has their website.
5. There's always all kinds of hidden fees on my bill, my bill keeps getting higher and higher with each one and I do nothing different from month to month.
6. Most of the time it doesn't even get to the home screen after logging in, sometimes it will and I can get to one or two more screens before it freezes up while loading one of those screens.
7. You could see your account balance and bill (not that the billing system makes any sense to begin with).
8. The amount of frustration it causes makes me think it would be more convenient to walk 30 miles to pay my bill.
9. Three months of having to jump through hoops just to pay my bill is not acceptable.
10. The glitches and errors in the app are absolutely ridiculous!! I clicked on make a payment and it took me back to login screen even after I was logged in.
11. 90 percent of the time when I open it, I get a loading progress bar that never goes away.
