Bad experience Ended up more stressedMight be good who knows couldn't get past the details screen as it kept saying no internet connection it did however still manage to register my phone number and send a validation message code.... which I couldn't use.... because I couldn't get past the details screen.

2. Very frustratingAlways full of professional massage therapist available.The massages seem great and I understand the cancellation fee (I double booked and made a mistake so wanted to cancel) as you dont want to mess the therapist around.

3. Great service.Urban is a great service but this is not a great app - difficult to navigate around to make your booking and sometimes just logs you out for jo reason!Edit Jan 2023: the app issues were resolved and have been using the app successfully.

4. Most common error coming up is 'check your internet connection' but my wifi is perfectly fine.The app is faulty and keeps not allowing changes, even a week before treatment.
