1. The very important thing for students is interaction with educators not between learners.Educators and content are very versatile good and exceptional with best educators and best questions platform.What annoy is the unacademy app and tech team which never resolve issues and automatically issues get resolved without notice .

2. Basically the developers are not working on the app or you guys aren't even focusing on the app.While taking the subscription for plus they helped me through calls and after when I got the subscription they didn't even answered my call and didn't even helped me to clear my doubts .

3. I already reached to the helpline but they told me free extension is only applicable if I didn't get selected within the year (which wasn't told by the educators/team before subscription).

4. The only good thing, they have some decent educators, hire some decent developers too!!!i am a plus student.

5. In web also if we close educator video the educator video switch off but the educator video screen stay as it is...because of which we need to readjust again and again while watching recorded lectures.

6. unacademy offered 6 month free extention on 1 year subscription that's why i took the subscrition but they are not extending the 6months now.

7. But at last what matters is content and that is great .The marketing team will keep calling like anything, and on the other hand, the developer team does nothing for sure.

8. And it's showing many sessions as missed and everytime I open the app i have to visit the classes to figure out if I have watched it or not, because of this i end up wasting a lot of time.

9. It's lagging most of the time, Doesn't work smoothly, very slow loading or always buffering, It's challenge session never works or it will If you have a high probability of luck.

10. That's all the issue I am facing right now...There are many issues with the app, many times the planner shows completed classes as missed.

1. Fix Unacademy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Unacademy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Unacademy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unacademy" » Open Unacademy: Learn & Crack Exams » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unacademy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Unacademy: Learn & Crack Exams app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unacademy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unacademy: Learn & Crack Exams" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Unacademy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unacademy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Unacademy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unacademy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unacademy not working

2. Fix Unacademy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unacademy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Unacademy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Unacademy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
