1. You have to go full wrist flick.This used to be a great app, but the last couple of classes I've used on here does not sync properly and the test prep keeps giving me the same questions and resets the questions all the time, even after I've "mastered" them.

2. its laggy as hell, its not formatted correctly for mobile, the interface is outdated and doesn't work well, and the lack of autosync is just ridiculous, not to mention theres some bugs with the questions system where because of the slide mechanics you mark questions wrong without meaning too.

The content I've read online does not show in the app, so I can't read on-the-go because I don't know where I left without having to login to my computer to see where I left off.I like that you can have it read the material to you but It would be nice if you could see where the reader is at (highlight the word) it's on.

Again, for those of us driving long distances, it would be very nice if we could check a bunch of boxes to download content while shaving in the morning (legs or faces, whatever you like) and have a playlist ready to go when we hop in the car.It ultimately works, but there's a few inconveniences.

5. During the tests/quizzes, I see that a lot of the time the questions seem unfinished or missing the key words to be able to answer them correctly.

6. It does a pretty good job of presenting content and coursework, and I especially like that you allow us to download for offline viewing.

7. Being a full time working adult, it allows me to have more flexibility on my down times to read my courses.

8. I'm doing my Net+ certification and that takes away from the student's experience tremendously.how it this rated so high? how does this win CODiE awards? because the other options are that much worse.

1. Fix uCertify Learn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart uCertify Learn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the uCertify Learn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "uCertify Learn" » Open uCertify Learn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for uCertify Learn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear uCertify Learn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from uCertify Learn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "uCertify Learn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check uCertify Learn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, uCertify Learn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall uCertify Learn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall uCertify Learn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing uCertify Learn not working

2. Fix uCertify Learn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make uCertify Learn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to uCertify Learn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, uCertify Learn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
