Why should I report an Issue with Aula?

1. I have deleted and redownloaded but nothing.Aula after update has gone downhill you can't view any mp4 or videos on android tablet or smartphones to back to next problem, people put up messages you click on them, the thread comes up but not the message on that thread.

2. The following problem has been resolved on phones... Still can't view video lectures on this system if your using a tablet or phone, only possible in a laptop.

3. The thing is Assignments can't be submitted when using the app on a phone or tablet just laptops or computers favours assignment submission and there can't be video call class and ways of student networking is not really strong etc.

You can't safe or highlight posts so you have to constantly go through the feed to find exactly what you are looking for.Extremely poor app, sometimes it just refuses to work, decides that some days I can upload documents and others I can't and half the time I can open documents on the app with one device but not another.

7. Got new phone and trying to sign into aula, put my email address in and then it comes up a blank page telling me to authenticate but no options to do anything.

8. So it's getting there increased from one star to two as developer is tryingNot too sure what update this has just had, but overnight, I can no longer view the hidden materials on spaces (as an educator).

9. You cannot edit a post you made from the app, submiting assignment and checking the feedback for one is another thing that is not possible.

10. Some very important features like uploading coursework to Turnitin are only accessible on the desktop version (ridiculous when it's touted as a completely mobile learning tool).

11. Things disappear or just don't work/open when you click, links that are put up don't open, and some days the screen won't even scroll down.

1. Fix Aula Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aula: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aula App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aula" » Open Aula » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aula » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aula app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aula servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aula" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aula app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aula might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aula. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aula then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aula not working

2. Fix Aula Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aula be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aula not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aula may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
