1. Plz, treat these issues as these are the most worst things in the app.The skool beep app is too good as for the last version but after the update the app is not working properly and only one time we are able go in ..... After that if we go in it just leaves out and come back Please check about this issue and make a good one.

2. please I have to check about my fees and messages sent through the school please take an action on this issue....location tracking feature was the only feature I was excited about for this app and it's literally pathetic.

3. needs a lot of improvement.It is a nice app so I gave 1 star but the problem is that I am not able to see the text written in hindi or gujarati.

4. I have a question... When I download files - doc, pdf, etc, why am I not able to save, share them directly? The icons for these options appear for a second when the file opens, and then they disappear.

5. location doesn't update while the bus is in moving state and it remains struck for hours.Not a great app, lots of improvement required.

9. The documents in the skoolbeep pdf viewer are not that nice as we cant zoom in them, the pdf is blur and taking out print is too hard.

1. Fix SkoolBeep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SkoolBeep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SkoolBeep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SkoolBeep" » Open SkoolBeep: Complete School App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SkoolBeep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SkoolBeep: Complete School App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SkoolBeep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SkoolBeep: Complete School App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SkoolBeep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SkoolBeep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SkoolBeep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SkoolBeep then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SkoolBeep not working

2. Fix SkoolBeep Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SkoolBeep be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SkoolBeep not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SkoolBeep may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
