1. Videos reset if you exit the app to answer a text or anything, and it doesn't play while using other apps.Defeats the purpose.

2. Either put out a working app or don't try and get into the app making business, because thus far....you suck at it.This app has the longest commercial breaks of every other TV app, combined with the fact that each ad takes a painstakingly long time to load.

3. And about 20% of the 3 min long commercial breaks (2-3 an episode is way way too much by the way) freezes with 30-40 seconds left in the add, so you get to close the app, restart it, watch a 30 sec add, and watch the 3 min add again.

4. It would randomly crash in the middle of watching an episode, and I'd have to reopen it, and quickly forward the episode to where I was, making me rewatch another 2 and a half minutes of commercials because of it.

5. You have to go through the initial commercials, search through the show to find where you were, deal with the 75-120 second ads each time you enter a segment.

6. Also would be nice to have resume episode feature, instead of having to restart if you get interrupted for a length of time.

7. Navigation through episodes could be simplified (Example: Tahoma FD has broadcast and explicit available - having to scroll past each to get through the entire list).

8. There were multiple times where I watched 15 plus minutes of adds for a 24 min show.2 stars because content is great but app is garbage.

9. Did anyone use it before they launched it? What kind of monster created this layout? Really? A single line scroll right to see all the shows? Come on, get it together, badly in need of a redesign.Extremely buggy.

10. App is just flat out AWFUL!!Was really excited to be able to watch the Impractical Jokers series, only to be let down by this apps performance.

11. Streaming apps outside of TV providers are successful because you don't need a TV provider in the first place.

1. Fix truTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart truTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the truTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "truTV" » Open truTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for truTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear truTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from truTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "truTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check truTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, truTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall truTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall truTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing truTV not working

2. Fix truTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make truTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to truTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, truTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
