The issues I'm having: - Frichti + subscription appears as payed, yet I have to pay for delivery fees - Basket disappearing while I ask the support team to help me with issue #1 - How many times do I need to add the same product in my basket before it actually tells me that this product is out of stock - How many errors with payment bugging with no reason (worked right after using deliveroo) You want to make a beautiful app, make something that works first.Great food service! But too many restaurants added lately, makes it hard to navigate through the app and find what you like.

2. Asks me to enter an address (why I cannot just login myself??) but then their is an error... I cannot access the app.I haven't been able to order for weeks because of their broken payment system, rendering the app useless Edit: still buggy but I managed to order something now.

3. Besides, I liked the original frichti food better than the restaurant options.The food is great, the delivery's on time, the support is quick to answer, but the app and the website are bugged.

4. Frichti is simply the best solution I have come across to solve this problem: affordable, healthy, tasty and varied food options delivered straight to my desk every day.

1. Fix Frichti Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Frichti: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Frichti App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Frichti" » Open Frichti » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Frichti » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Frichti app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Frichti servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Frichti" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Frichti app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Frichti might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Frichti. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Frichti then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Frichti not working

2. Fix Frichti Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Frichti be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Frichti not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Frichti may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
