1. Additionally, I already had a Teclast P20HD tablet that has phone capabilities; a combination phone/tablet.Phone service is good being able to have unlimited data talk text an connecting to wifi.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Account Issues
1. Fix My Account Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart My Account: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the My Account App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Account" » Open My Account by TruConnect » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Account » click "UPDATE".
- Clear My Account by TruConnect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Account servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Account by TruConnect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check My Account app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Account might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall My Account. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Account then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Account not working
2. Fix My Account Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Account be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Account not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Account may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
