1. Additionally, I already had a Teclast P20HD tablet that has phone capabilities; a combination phone/tablet.Phone service is good being able to have unlimited data talk text an connecting to wifi.

2. Except for this month, my internet cut off at 4.61 GB, why? I thought it was unlimited text and data? I must admit, I feel cheated, I've had my phone and service for almost a year now and this is my ONLY complaint, hence the 4 stars.

3. I mean it's a free lifeline to the people complaining about not getting more than three gigs of data should just be happy that they've been giving a free phone service.

4. three gigs of data unlimited call and text is a pretty good deal for free every month you just have to be mindful of making sure you connect to Wi-Fi when you are able to.its ok.

5. After receiving my package, I opened it and to my delight the device they sent me is EXACTLY perfect for my needs and the issues I've been trying to avoid...cell signal & wifi when I need it, and the security of a phone...all in a tiny little bundle the size of a glucose meter.

6. Not what you tell it to do.Overall I am extremely happy with truconnect I have had them for about a year now and I rarely have any issues with the phone service.

7. However, after a month of service, I quickly discovered that only slow speed data is unlimited.

8. Haven't had any problems with it yet..except the touch screen is tiny, causing dialing issues, but well worth iI've had no problem with the app but I notice that people are complaining about the free tablet given WITH their TruConnect account.

9. I have emailed to customer support several times and haven't received anything back.My husband got this service and it's awful! They suggest you pay an extra $20 for a 10gb tablet that doesn't work.

10. the idea of being able to watch ads and earn points to use towards data and minutes is a good one.

11. I love my Truconnect phone and service,.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Account Issues

1. Fix My Account Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Account: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Account App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Account" » Open My Account by TruConnect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Account » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Account by TruConnect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Account servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Account by TruConnect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Account app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Account might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Account. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Account then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Account not working


2. Fix My Account Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Account be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Account not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Account may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
