1. really disappointed by Slimming world costumer service.Never had any problems until I downloaded a few magazines last night and now the app just won't open so I can't even see my newly downloaded magazines! 😭 please fix this!!My download only downloaded to my phone although I did it from my desktop and I would like it on my desk top as it is easier to read.

2. Why can't you go back to the day you were on to continue looking at the other days?I love this because it keeps me safe when I'm out shopping and being able to get the right choices while I'm out doing this helps me lose weight.

11. After using for a few days I have other complaints.

1. Fix Slimming World Magazine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Slimming World Magazine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Slimming World Magazine App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Slimming World Magazine" » Open Slimming World Magazine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Slimming World Magazine » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Slimming World Magazine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slimming World Magazine servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slimming World Magazine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slimming World Magazine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slimming World Magazine might not work.
