Tree Customer Insights

1. Love the ability to share schedules with friends and having my own account makes keeping my schedule safe so easy.

2. The website doesn't have these problems and has more search features (filter by venue, fort, and more). This app is a lifeblood for organizing my festival information.

3. Once that's fixed, it looks like it will be great! Please please please fix the scrolling issue ! Otherwise this will be great for the festivalneed to be able to scroll on the schedule.

4. Helpful but was better last year when you could listen to a part of a song from each artist right in the app to figure out where you want to go fast.

5. You all say paper is so yesterday, but so are non-useable apps! Back to scratching my schedule out on paper.

6. I don't mind the occasional slowness or stutters , understandable for an app that's only used 1 week each yearGlitchy as hell.

7. This year you have to go to a separate website. This app stutters and lags.

8. Very bad performance for just showing a schedule lineup.

9. And if I try to search shows on other days, only a few options show up.

10. Can someone fix the schedule, please? Pixel 3A.

11. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮I can't scroll past Wednesday night.
