1. My festival ticket was cancelled out of the blue and the response I got was "oops well there's still VIP tickets available at twice the price so why don't you just buy that".This is the worst app and customer service.

2. Not just the app, but whole system.Bought a ticket for a festival, can't open the ticket in the app, thank god I took a screenshot of the QR code and downloaded the tickets via de website.

3. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE.Paid for a ticket and you geniuses create an app to "activate a ticket" that doesn't work after you make customers jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops.

4. Improve this, it's supposed to be useful, not complicated.FESTICKET IS A SCAM: I booked 3 tickets for HARD Summer Croatia on 6 August 2022, Calvin Harris, in Split, Croatia.

5. The festival is in 4 days and I'm nervous the app won't work!!Poor user interface and negligent customer service make this app a pain to use.
