1. Sure, no problem, except they never sent the instruEvery time I try to login it just says "Something went awry!" I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, force stop, clear cache, clear storage, changed password, magic link (SUPER broken), and revoked android connected app (thinking maybe it was still connected to my old phone).
2. Do not waste your time or money with this site, or make travel plans because the ticket sale, even though it was "confirmed," can be canceled up to THE DAY OF THE EVENT.I'm a seller and really like the app's ease of use and the fees are reasonable.
3. I understand it's not a free service but for example of I see $50 a ticket I would expect to pay a little over $100 for my fiancé and I to go to that event but taxes and fees add another $25-$50 on top of the initial price.
4. And for what? It's a tactic thats really frustrating to the point where I close whatever app I'm using because I'm done giving my money to companies that do sneaky or shady things in order to make more money.Bought tickets in Feb.
5. That's the only reason I'm not giving five stars.Horrible service, they approve returns and the tell you a credit is on the way a month later and no credit/promo added to the account.
6. I went through and found tickets I wanted at a price I was comfortable with, just to start the process and realize theres another $40 fee added on top.
7. I was double charged on my debit account for the United season tickets I purchased under a payment plan.
8. Seatgeek just sent me an email THE DAY BEFORE my event that the seller had canceled the transaction, and I would not receive the ticket I had purchased well in advance.
9. It needs a fix because I can't access my tickets or anything without going to my computer and then what's the point of having an app?Why not just add the fee to the price.
10. A refund doesn't do any good when there are no tickets anywhere to be purchased.
11. Contacted bank to dispute the charge since I still cannot get the tickets i paid for.If you are over 70 years of age, find another app.
