1. I shouldn't even say that search results were 'adaptive;' you search 'Yankees vs Cardinals' and it would only pull up that series or game, not the rest of the schedule for both teams... This is terrible, like a grandparent designed this update.The June 2022 update that apparently changed the app to a web based experience is not good.

2. For reasons that are impossible to fathom, StubHub decided to roll back the technology 10 years - and in doing so, they took an app that was working great and easy to use and stripped out all of the useful UI features, leaving a clumsy, poorly executed, web-based cluster cuss in its place.

3. It used to be fast (remembered searches and events for easy checking, would help set filters from the jump, search results were adaptive, select sections, etc.), but now it's just DUMB.

1. Fix StubHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StubHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StubHub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StubHub" » Open StubHub - Live Event Tickets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StubHub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StubHub - Live Event Tickets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StubHub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StubHub - Live Event Tickets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StubHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StubHub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StubHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StubHub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StubHub not working

2. Fix StubHub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StubHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StubHub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StubHub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
