On Saturday 20th I brought 2 boomtown tickets from a seller on TicketSwap .She said that the name change was included in the sale .However the names on both the tickets have still not changed and the seller has not contacted me and I cannot contact her .The names need to be changed for me to be able to attend this event

I bought 2 tickets to the Vunzige Deuntjes Festival in Amsterdam on July 13th 2024.

The tickets were bought using the account associated with this email address: ofrankel@redacted.

According to your app, I would receive these tickets on the morning of July 11th , 6 a.m.
However, I see an error message "Something went Wrong - There was a problem getting your ticket" when trying to access the tickets.

How/when can I access these tickets?

Since the festival is already in 2 days, I would like to hear from you ASAP.

I'm trying to sell moondance Nye eve tickets for Koko in London and your picking up the price for the extra you have to pay if you turn up late. I paid £37 for two tickets but you will only let me sell them for £10 each.

I had 2 golden circle tickets for Arctic Monkeys in Dublin, they cancelled a day before the event went ahead, since I bought the tickets on TicketSwap how do I go about getting a refund? I haven’t received any confirmation about a refund and I have sent 3 mails through TicketSwap but nothing back yet

Hello!!

I was charged twice for a transaction that my bank declined!! I tried to buy ticket with my Credit Card and it went through by my bank while your website(tickerswap) declined it andnsaid payment not completed. I thought it was a mistske and then I tried that again and the se thing happenned. So basically you have charged me twice for NOTHING!!! Unacceptable. I called my bank and we are going to dispute both transactions and may even file a lawsuit as I need this money!!

Please reply asap regarding the issue!!!

I bougth 2 ticket for kampass rave rebels for 8th of october and despite the fact that money was deducted from my account asap I still do not have the tickets:(
It is very uncomfortable and I report it 12 hours ago on the help section of the app but still there is no reply?

Hi! I had two tickets for mysteryland which I chose to sell on ticketsswap yesterday. I posted them for 102 euros each, which I approved. when I saw that they had been sold, the buyer had bought them in enough and not in euros, which made the price of the tickets much cheaper than they should have been. I did not receive any information about having to sell the tickets in NOK, it just said euros. this is not acceptable, if I had shown that it would be in NOK I would of course have changed the price. I also have proof that I entered euros and not enough. I have lost so much money for this and hope you guys can help me. I would like a refund or compensation.

you send an email saying that you have to roll back the money.
Now how do I know its not going to be use to the other person? Because I now its a valid ticket

I am sending this email because I still haven't received my money back for a ticket for Graspop I sold two weeks ago. Unfortunately there were problems at first but the issue was resolved. Now the payment is on hold since two weeks and I don't understand since the buyer (Robin) was able to use the ticket.
I have been trying to contact customer service for over 5 days now, but although I can see they (Lucas) are online every day, nobody replied me yet. I find it largely unprofessional to not have received any answer nor solution. On the platform it states someone will reply roughly within 1 day. 1 day! I am already waiting more than 5 (!!)

and, I am waiting now since two weeks to receive my money back. Your website states that it normally takes up to 3 days to receive the money on your account, 3 days that is not two weeks.

So I like to know when will I receive my 93,10€ back?

Can I receive a proper response and solution please?

Hi, i want to sell my Rolling Loud Portugal ticket but i dont know what to attach. I have a 2nd Release | General Admission Payment Plan Ticket and its ready to be activated. There is an option "Send ticket to a friend" and i'm guessing thats the way to "sell" the ticket. Anyway, i dont know what file to attach. I only have the "Order Number" available, there is no receipt or QR code. What can i do?

URGENT I created a listing in may to sell 2 mockingbird tickets for 7th July. When I try to complete listing and upload pdf it tells me the barcodes are already listed but there is no completed listing in my account and they don't appear for sale on the website. I registered my ticket for the chelsea flower show in May for the Sat 28th . I waited for someone to buy i decided to actually exchange ifor for another RHS show through ticket factory. Paul actually was sold that ticket but i never received any money and as a result wasn't allowed entry. He still hasn't had a refund. Would someone please help. The ticket I sold still had the old date on it, so I requested a new one from the festival directly to replace the old one just to be sure that it could be used this year and even though the reference in the ticket is the same, the barcode isn't. I think the other one (the one the buyer has downloaded) might not work now that I have downloaded a new version and I would like to send it to them.
