1. It definitely needs more security options for the buyers! I just got ripped off for buying a ticket which was falsely described in the wrong sector of a big hall and I ended up watching the show alone, apart from all my friends, because you see the actual ticket only once you pay for it and there is no option for an instant return :( At least the description of the ticket's area/sector should be double checked by the app when the venue is big and divided!Great app! Honestly the only platform anyone should buy/sell tickets on.
2. Nevertheless, still use this app all the time!I was about to buy a ticket for an event that tickets were rarely available for but the payment process stopped me from purchasing and kept looping.
3. Very disappointed and now my cart is lockedHorrible raffle system... i have been getting every ticket I needed for years now through Ticketswap by putting all my attention to this.
4. I only receive the notification when somebody already bought the ticket.. well I don't need this kind of information when I set ticket alert..what's the point... Please fix it!Ticket alerts are absolutely useless.

10. There's a delay between tickets becoming available and the app sending a notification.
11. And they don't refund fraudulent tickets sold through them also, instead they connect you to the scammer and make you beg for your money back.

According to your app, I would receive these tickets on the morning of July 11th , 6 a.m.
However, I see an error message "Something went Wrong - There was a problem getting your ticket" when trying to access the tickets.
How/when can I access these tickets?
Since the festival is already in 2 days, I would like to hear from you ASAP.

I was charged twice for a transaction that my bank declined!! I tried to buy ticket with my Credit Card and it went through by my bank while your website(tickerswap) declined it andnsaid payment not completed. I thought it was a mistske and then I tried that again and the se thing happenned. So basically you have charged me twice for NOTHING!!! Unacceptable. I called my bank and we are going to dispute both transactions and may even file a lawsuit as I need this money!!
Please reply asap regarding the issue!!!

Hi! I had two tickets for mysteryland which I chose to sell on ticketsswap yesterday. I posted them for 102 euros each, which I approved. when I saw that they had been sold, the buyer had bought them in enough and not in euros, which made the price of the tickets much cheaper than they should have been. I did not receive any information about having to sell the tickets in NOK, it just said euros. this is not acceptable, if I had shown that it would be in NOK I would of course have changed the price. I also have proof that I entered euros and not enough. I have lost so much money for this and hope you guys can help me. I would like a refund or compensation.

I am sending this email because I still haven't received my money back for a ticket for Graspop I sold two weeks ago. Unfortunately there were problems at first but the issue was resolved. Now the payment is on hold since two weeks and I don't understand since the buyer (Robin) was able to use the ticket.
I have been trying to contact customer service for over 5 days now, but although I can see they (Lucas) are online every day, nobody replied me yet. I find it largely unprofessional to not have received any answer nor solution. On the platform it states someone will reply roughly within 1 day. 1 day! I am already waiting more than 5 (!!)
and, I am waiting now since two weeks to receive my money back. Your website states that it normally takes up to 3 days to receive the money on your account, 3 days that is not two weeks.

The ticket I sold still had the old date on it, so I requested a new one from the festival directly to replace the old one just to be sure that it could be used this year and even though the reference in the ticket is the same, the barcode isn't. I think the other one (the one the buyer has downloaded) might not work now that I have downloaded a new version and I would like to send it to them.
