1. I hope they sort that, as it's very irritating, otherwise an awesome app!I've been using trashnothing for four months & have given away lots of stuff since then; I'm constantly clearing out my home, so giving away my unwanted items via this app is great! Mostly a good & easy app to use; a few weirdos/creepy men that send messages about collecting an item late at night but other than that, it's really good! I would advise you NOT to give out your personal address, if they want to collect (I live near a school, so I meet there, to give my items away)It's a fantastic app but I think you should put limits on how much stuff someone can collect within a month, as you don't really stand a chance on half of the stuff as it's already been taken seconds after it's uploaded.
2. It would be great to give the less fortunate a better opportunity of grabbing stuff they may need instead of going to people who are just going to sell it on for profit apart from that it seems like a great app.I thought it was a Freecycle app and that I could just login.
3. edit* 07/05/19 Nope still having the exact same issue.Great idea but app is buggy.and inconsistent Ever ttime try to load pictures it freezes then crashes, and then I lose the description I typed and have to start all over.
4. But As far as finding "trashy treasures"all around your area, its a great application .I have happily used the app for a few years but the recent update is horrible! the scroll is extremely glitchy and I give up after a couple of attempts of trying to scroll down only to end up bouncing back to where I started or even further back up the listings.
5. This needs to be made clear in the description; I can see that there are advantages in having one app to cover everything but it's very frustrating when I'm trying to login and being told my email isn't registeredI do like this application overall.
6. My only gripe is the app seems to hold a bunch of uploads for a duration and then throw them out there all at once, so my notifications will go absolutely crazy! And they're not coming from the same person posting, there's normally a few different individuals from different areas.
7. The app can crash quite often or get stuck on the last page I was on.The Trash Nothing app is easy to use but unfortunately even when I tick Freecycle options, it never links the posts to the Freecycle sites.
8. I'm in New Jersey and we have a good amount of activity with quality offerings.Great app, extremely helpful.
9. Cost way too much time and frustration trying to give stuff away for free.
10. I have no problems posting a listing with photos but I wish I could put the pictures in order so I can choose the thumbnail.
11. I've now got to manually upload the same ads to Freecycle and reply by email as I can't use Freecycle through the app.
