1. Not impressed with Traeger customer service so far.WiFi? Nah it goes through all the steps necessary to connect and then says it needs to reset to complete setup and then goes back to the main screen and it has not been added.
2. It used to work great but now we can never connect to our grill through our phones and it's really frustrating.Update: I was able to get a hold of customer service and they were able to help me get up and running.
3. After every "update" you have to log back in app and reestablish wifi connection as if it's the first time setting the grill up.
4. Once connected it's great, works as advertised...until the next update.**Update: After giving up for a couple of hours I finally went to cook brats.
5. After setting the Temps for probe and grill, it doesn't update as the Temps change.
6. This is a hassle because establishing that wifi connection takes a long time you have to practically be next to the router for it to work.
7. I have to reconnect it every time and sometimes it won't reconnect and I have to forget the network on the grill a few times to get it to work again.
8. Problem is, every time I turn the grill off, it won't connect properly when turned back on.

10. Add more data to the monitoring and I'll give it 5.7/2 The app now works! 6/29/23 It looks like they updated the app on 6/26 and now it doesn't work at all.
11. I'm frustrated that every time there is an update I have to forget and then reinstall my smoker.
