Why should I report an Issue with Enduro Tracker - GPS tracker?

1. also cant share the maps.Give more alphabet character for the name of groups... So that we can named a group as our adventure community name Overall the app is very useful and help us to control friends locationOne of few apps for realtime tracking & display.. needs to grow (iOs version, web view etc..)its constantly freezing, it needs work, cant keep it on specific person to track.Is there an option (or it will be) that one device (HQ) can track different channels (groups) and groups dont see each oders? That would be great options for game organisers.

2. good, still can't find the option to delete groups and would be amazing if had a mode to make a waypoint system, example 1 bike goes in front has the master and the other pll from the group would be slaves having an arrow saying left or right following the original route of the master.

Another thing that would be amazing is raid mode: allowing you to record the circuit and then you could upload it and pll would use the app instead of having to follow the markings (would save me a lot of work)I am using Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra and the app is not showing any of the GPX files stored in the folder.

4. It states in the manual that the app scans phone's memory and displays the list of available files.works well but keeps zooming back out to world view when your trying to look at your maps.

1. Fix Enduro Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Enduro Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Enduro Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Enduro Tracker" » Open Enduro Tracker - GPS tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Enduro Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Enduro Tracker - GPS tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Enduro Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Enduro Tracker - GPS tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Enduro Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Enduro Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Enduro Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Enduro Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Enduro Tracker not working

2. Fix Enduro Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Enduro Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Enduro Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Enduro Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
