Why should I report an Issue with TOTUM: Discounts for you?

1. thanksGreat discounts, annoying popups! If it's not the constant popups asking if i want a proof of age card (I'm a 40 year old student with a driving licence), then it's the CONSTANT "revolut" popups.

2. It's unbaringly annoying!I find that ads popping up every time I open the app is frustratingly annoying! There's no x to close it so you have to select back button on phone, then the ad will appear again.

3. Misleading.Find it quite disrespectful to have constant popups for a card you have paid for and are trying to just browse the deals you do get.

4. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no goodYou are forced to install this app to delete your account (if you don't want to go through the hassle of emailing them) and it doesn't even workWas great, now there's a popup every two seconds.

5. Current example, "Do you want a free laptop? Here's a 1 in 20 chance to win one from currys"..... Only to click through to find out that you have to buy the laptop to be in with the chance of winning your money back.

6. The card discounts for coop etc make it worth while, but the app itself can be incredibly annoying with its pop up notifications that draw you in to read up on a deal that is not really a deal at all.

7. Find another way to advertise without annoying your users!Ridiculous adverts in app.

8. I don't need a full screen s23 ad with no X to close it every time I click on something and a new page in app opens.

9. It literally keeps popping up even if you select to view the revolut deal.

10. App crash every time the wallet and profile tabs are touched.

11. If it's only applicable to first time customers, should say so in the offer.

1. Fix TOTUM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TOTUM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TOTUM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TOTUM" » Open TOTUM: Discounts for you » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TOTUM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TOTUM: Discounts for you app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TOTUM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TOTUM: Discounts for you" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TOTUM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TOTUM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TOTUM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TOTUM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TOTUM not working

2. Fix TOTUM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TOTUM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TOTUM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TOTUM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
