1. Love the discount tickets!!This app is good for last minute cheaper than original price ticketing but they don't tell you or i missed the info about ticket fees.

2. We arrived at the theater about 20 minutes before the show, were greeted by a concierge at the curb who was easy to identify, and walked leisurely into the theater! The tickets were about one-3rd the price We would have paid had we bought them at the Box office.

4. Service fees are a bit high-bumps up the ticket price to the next "level, but worth the convenience to know you have a seat to the performance you want to see.

1. Fix TodayTix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TodayTix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TodayTix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TodayTix" » Open TodayTix – Theatre Tickets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TodayTix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TodayTix – Theatre Tickets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TodayTix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TodayTix – Theatre Tickets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TodayTix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TodayTix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TodayTix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TodayTix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TodayTix not working

2. Fix TodayTix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TodayTix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TodayTix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TodayTix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
