Why should I report an Issue with CrimeCon?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. If you read the description of a schedule event, you can't just go back to the Schedule list, you have to start over & sign back in to see what you saved already.latest update is horrible.

2. i renewed my subscription and now rhe app isn't working correctly.Following a podcast and was finding difficulty with names and faces, crime scene etc.. love it that I can view the details that I'm listening to.. fabulous.Was so excited to find the app.

3. You're better off with paper and a highlighter if you're trying to schedule and make changes...you can't read a description then go back to the schedule.

4. Basically worthless.You people need to relax... It's a convention schedule app.

5. I have to log in every time I want to see my schedule, then still can't see it...Difficult to use.

1. Fix CrimeCon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrimeCon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrimeCon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrimeCon" » Open CrimeCon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrimeCon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrimeCon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrimeCon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrimeCon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrimeCon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrimeCon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrimeCon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrimeCon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrimeCon not working

2. Fix CrimeCon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrimeCon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrimeCon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrimeCon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
