1. Edit: they've made changes to the app that make it much better, however, they really need to list the ticket name and not the "ticket ID" in order for this app to be ok.DOES NOT WORK! ABANDONNED APP! As many people here say the app scans a second time almost immediately and says user already checked in.

Our site has been down 2 days due to an update crashing the attendence list and we have been waiting for the support to get back with no replies for the last 48h.Really easy to connect this app to our website and working flawlessly to scan our attendees.

  4. Check Event Tickets Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Event Tickets Plus might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Event Tickets Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Event Tickets Plus then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Event Tickets Plus not working
