1. You may want to show the custom label maybe? If you are able to show it in notes, you may very well want to consider having it included in the title too? Giving five stars just because the developer is all ears to suggestions!Cannot import birthdays from Facebook or other platforms.

2. Syncing with Fb would be useful as it would tremendously reduce the labor to manually add all birthdays not to mention Photo.The app does something that, for some reason, Google refuses to let you do with your contacts birthdays.

3. It may not work for me but it may work out for someone else.I have contacts in my phone book (Android) with their birthdays stored and also their children's birthdays stored using custom labels.

4. Back in March I commented, "The app is a neat one but I'm a little disappointed that it has to remain "open" (or loaded) to notify of a birthday due to occur." I neglected to email as I was very short of time.

1. Fix Birday Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Birday: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Birday App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Birday" » Open Birday - Birthday Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Birday » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Birday - Birthday Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Birday servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Birday - Birthday Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Birday app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Birday might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Birday. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Birday then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Birday not working

2. Fix Birday Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Birday be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Birday not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Birday may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
