1. I've been assuming they ran out of the deal but just won't say so since it only happens when I log in later in the day.First time I used it a couple months ago, it didn't really have anything I could use except for the 2 dollar Dunkin card which was the only thing I found to be worth keeping the app.

2. It would work best if the minimum time allowed to take advantage of the deals was a full 7 days, expiring at 11:59 PM the following Monday.App works as intended 98% of the time, which is how I justify the one star rating.

3. The deals aren't unique to T-Mobile and it's just a bunch of "exclusive deals" that I can get from any other place.I think the app was better when it first became available.

4. The (1 night) Redbox rental is great..... What is frustrating is, it takes forever to load! The page loads fine but when i want to see the offers, all i see is white or pink boxes.

5. The hotel deals also aren't competitive enough to choose over other booking sites.Good variety of freebies and discounts.

6. I keep updating, but I've yet to see any actual change that matters...Used to offer great deals that actually felt exclusive.

7. My only issue is sometimes when it links to other apps on my phone it has a "critical error" that lasts until the deal has expired and then both apps work fine again.

8. But now, the T-Mobile game, the next game to win an Amazon gift card, the button to play the game disappeared in front of my eyes and changed to there being a sentence "Looks like you've already played!" No, I really haven't.

9. So there really isn't any benefit to me keeping the app.Aside from the many malfunctioning offers I've experienced over the years, it's been overall reasonably okay getting some things working.

10. Initially it was pretty rare it had something I wanted, then as time went on the prizes became cooler, but now it is just a huge ad for things.

11. They have a good selection of local deals and things you need to order online.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix T-Life Issues

1. Fix T-Life Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart T-Life: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the T-Life App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "T-Life" » Open T-Life » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for T-Life » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear T-Life app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from T-Life servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "T-Life" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check T-Life app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, T-Life might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall T-Life. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall T-Life then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing T-Life not working


2. Fix T-Life Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make T-Life be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to T-Life not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, T-Life may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I can’t get the verification code. Can you send it to my email? My T-Mobile customer support says there is no issues on my side.
