I I only found one way to contact them, so I sent an email.No answer and I'm trying to cancel the service before I get charged.Upset that it needs to be paid for still when its one of the best ways to communicate.It should be free as there are people out there who need the same help with every little to no income it's to much please considerDose not work after you add your photo and phone number it goes no further waste of timeI ALREADY UNINSTALLED THIS APP BECAUSE THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE WITH MY SON.

2. I stopped using it cos the app keep closing when I tried to use it.I uninstalled and cancelled this about a week after purchasing it.

3. ALMOST $15 FOR THIS ONE..OH MY GOD.DO NOT waste your time!Can I please have a refund i uninstalled the app.

6. NOW I RECEIVED A NOTICE RE PAYMENT WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION.

7. can't refund and they overdrew my account.

8. It won't allow me to register.

9. phones were too slow to run it.

1. Fix TippyTalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TippyTalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TippyTalk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TippyTalk" » Open TippyTalk » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TippyTalk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TippyTalk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TippyTalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TippyTalk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TippyTalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TippyTalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TippyTalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TippyTalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TippyTalk not working

2. Fix TippyTalk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TippyTalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TippyTalk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TippyTalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
