Why should I report an Issue with Countdown by timeanddate.com?

The only flaw I can see is that it doesn't support cloud-saving (or doesn't allow you to create an account), which makes you lose all countdowns when reinstalling the app.Disappointed by the Lack of of usable location cities, surely in this, the modern age, a search engine that you can edit the name of a town or city would function sufficiently enough to personalise your intended countdown.

2. Can you tell me how to sort them and keep them sorted in a default order even when I change the date each day?I purchased the upgrade so I could create a honeymoon timer but now it's not shareable.

I have messaged the developer more than 30 days ago and have not gotten a response.I haven't used the app itself, but from the experience that I had with the website, I can safely say that this is a very nice system, and it's super simple to make a countdown and share it with your friends (with the website), I made one for my birthday (which is coming in 4 days) and for my trip (in 9 days).

4. If the widget worked better 5 stars.I wanted to put a custom photo my countdown, so I paid for premium, and it crashed! Feature still does not work.

5. I sort them in the order from earliest to last occurrence in the day, but when I change the date, they end up in haphazard order.

6. I just have to change the date each day on each one and I can see at a glance at any moment exactly how many minutes and seconds are left in the class period.

9. I tried to search for Airlie Beach in Queensland, Australia, needless to say un-successfully.The requirement to record a location shouldn't be needed for this app to work.

10. Custom pictures are a premium thing, which is kinda fair, gotta make money somehow.

1. Fix Countdown Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Countdown: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Countdown App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Countdown" » Open Countdown by timeanddate.com » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Countdown » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Countdown by timeanddate.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Countdown servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Countdown by timeanddate.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Countdown app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Countdown might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Countdown. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Countdown then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Countdown not working

2. Fix Countdown Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Countdown be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Countdown not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Countdown may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
