1. One would think someone could have fixed this by now?! Also this app has many other features that most people don't use, it would be amazing to open to the card search default (or be able to choose) and not have to find and select it every time.Gatherer kept pestering me saying it was a better experience in the app, but it's demonstrably worse, to the point where the same search yields different results! It also takes forever to load a single "page" of like six or eight cards, whereas the Gatherer website will instantly spit out dozens of results at the same time.

Search for "animate dead" and it never loads the results.I really like this app, and I would up my rating, but I'm frustrated with how the advanced search feature differs from the online version, and the online version glitches out by requiring you to select to continue online or via app each time the page is refreshed.

3. Checking the rules for how some cards work has been the only other useful thing and, just lke the card search, it has some annoying bugs.

4. Event hosting page is very punishing for mistakes, starting an event doesn't let you update or modify, e.g. wanting to start a constructed event and then wanting to change to draft will not let you cancel, you have to go through the motions of completing.

5. Please, update the app's advanced search feature to include the feature that "__" highlights an exact phrase.The card search feature could go one step further and provide auto fill or drop-down options.

6. 3) The "track" screen to record storm & mana count is stuck in portrait mode so it doesn't display everything if you select more than a couple things, and doesn't scroll sideways properly.

7. I had a card in my hand, entered the name correctly, and it is not included.Very poor user experience, life tracker is much worse than many of the ones currently available.

8. As it is, I feel like the best thing this app will ever be used for is the tournament features, but many will opt to use additional apps for their better features or not use this one at all.Card database and tournament sections have issues.

11. I tried to recently hold a draft with friends, and every time my phone screen would time out, the draft timer would reset.

1. Fix Magic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic" » Open Magic: The Gathering Companion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic: The Gathering Companion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic: The Gathering Companion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic not working

2. Fix Magic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
