1. It also does not include basic and essential options like choosing a large drink, medium is the only option.In the menu, in order to go back, you actually have to hit the menu button and start from square one.

2. No fault of the app, but I made my first order only to discover after waiting in the drive thru line that I'm required to actually go inside to pick up the app order... unlike just about every other similar fast food app experience I've had.

3. Until this is fixed I am afraid I cannot order from this app or restaurant.The rewards were better on the old app and the newest glitch I am seeing is that when you try to order a tenders combo, you can't.

4. Worse than useless if you just want to use this to see their menu and plan your drive-thru order.

5. But so many points missed because couldn't get logged on to scan, rewards expire because can't log on...First time app user and yes it was really good.

6. Tried emailing their support only to find their email listed on this app page (the only place I can find to contact anyone at Freddy's) returned as "address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail".

7. Especially since for the last couple months I could not get points for orders.God awful app that requires you to log in before you can edit your order.

8. The one thing that is missing is the ability to add additional condiments and also the drink selection is not the same as it is in the drive-thru specifically missing lemonade (the best) and sweat tee.

9. One employee was able to access my coupon once I scanned the QR code and he selected the coupon I wished to use, but today when I asked the manager at another location he didn't know how to access it.

10. First off when ordering a malt or shake in a combo, it requires you to put on a least one topping even if you don't want any.

11. :(Used to be a great app... until this last week when I tried to access my coupons generated by my points I've accumulated.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Freddy’s Issues

1. Fix Freddy’s Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Freddy’s: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Freddy’s App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Freddy’s" » Open Freddy’s » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Freddy’s » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Freddy’s app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Freddy’s servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Freddy’s" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Freddy’s app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Freddy’s might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Freddy’s. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Freddy’s then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Freddy’s not working


2. Fix Freddy’s Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Freddy’s be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Freddy’s not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Freddy’s may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
