1. Even the newest update and uninstalling and reinstalling didnt fix the issue.In the recent update I'm unable to download TT video without watermark.

2. But there is nothing wrong with it.. so I reached out to the creators by Email a few days ago... still haven't got an answer.... what's wrong?Previously, I was able to download all the videos and sounds too from tiktok.

3. It worked perfectly fine... but since the last Update I can't download any videos.

4. But their error message says it doesn't work on Android 10 but I have another app that does a similar thing but only for Instagram and it works perfectly.

5. I've used it to download tik tok videos that aren't savable so I can show friends /coworkers at lunch without using mobile data.

6. One more thing, you have now given an option to download the video with or without watermark.

7. Tell me one thing if we want to download the video with watermark then we would have do it through TT itself.

1. Fix Video Downloader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Downloader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Downloader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Downloader" » Open Video Downloader -No Watermark » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Downloader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Downloader -No Watermark app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Downloader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Downloader -No Watermark" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Downloader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Downloader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Downloader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Downloader then reinstall.
