1. Would be 5 stars if these two things were fixed.Great watch for the price definitely does everything you would need it to do, unfortunately it does not have any Audio Mic so there is no sound or phone answering capability but besides that, I have found my phone many times with the phone finder app! Haha! Battery life is possibly two days or more depending on how many options you have open at one time! Great job 3-plus hybrid can't wait to see what the future holds for you! Anyone looking for an affordable smartwatch look no furthur!As far as the tracker is concerned, i'm pleased with the performance and is the ONLY reason it got even 2- stars.

2. My issues are, that when I try to use a custom watch face it goes to the loading screen like its going to install it to the watch then after about 20-30 seconds it just pops up and says failed.

3. I am so glad that I did! The kinks have been smoothed out and it is actually a great little watch! I love that I can control my music, whether it is Pandora or apple music.I like that I can customize the notifications.

4. If the selection was app-by-app, or if more apps were recognized as "email" apps, it would really help.Love the watch, the app does some weird stuff sometimes though.

5. It appears they are having many issues with this watch due to the amount of time it takes to finally get someone on the phone.

6. Lately it has been unable to keep the correct time on the watch hands, although the digital time is correct if I push the button.

7. Also, when repairing the app with the watch, it erases all the data from the watch since the last time synced.Let me start out by saying that I like the watch.

9. Secondly, the only email app I can find that will send notifications that the app will recognize and send to the watch is Outlook.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 3Plus Hybrid Issues

1. Fix 3Plus Hybrid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 3Plus Hybrid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 3Plus Hybrid App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3Plus Hybrid" » Open 3Plus Hybrid » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3Plus Hybrid » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 3Plus Hybrid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3Plus Hybrid servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3Plus Hybrid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 3Plus Hybrid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3Plus Hybrid might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 3Plus Hybrid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3Plus Hybrid then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3Plus Hybrid not working


2. Fix 3Plus Hybrid Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3Plus Hybrid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3Plus Hybrid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3Plus Hybrid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
