1. Just received passcode didn't work and tried a further 6 that failed.Horrible app if it's not down for matience (whic is like all the time) there will probably be another problem It also for some reason has updates super regularly which just eats data if you need to use it on the go alot.

2. Thanks.This app dose not work keeps going from add email address back to phone number wont let me auto renew, and on my daughters phone it keeps telling me her number which works isnt a 3 number.

3. The app continues its dive to the bottom, for about a fortnight I've been plagued to sign into my account, which I have done on two or three occasions:- Credit on the account, no other warnings, so logged out.

4. Just get giffgaff it's cheaper and the service is better... and gift gaff doesn't have any!Constantly having data packs not enable and then chewing up cash credit instead.

5. Trying to log in, it says it sends me a passcode by text and email...neither arrives, ever! So now I'm unable to access my account via the app!Updates regularly.

6. Totally useless.I'm not receiving my passcodes via email or text so can't log in, and it won't let me top up over the phone and there's no PAYG customer service.

7. Got to a WiFi spot thought I add some credit and, after four attempts the app suddenly showed a£0 balance.

10. No service if yoh buy an add on it takes takes your money with out topping up.

11. Also auto buys add ons which is ridiculous so it buys more credit and Internet when You've already got some.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Three Pay As You Go Issues

1. Fix Three Pay As You Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Three Pay As You Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Three Pay As You Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Three Pay As You Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Three Pay As You Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Three Pay As You Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Three Pay As You Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Three Pay As You Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Three Pay As You Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Three Pay As You Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Three Pay As You Go not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Three Pay As You Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
