1. How can this be a $40 monthly app when it wasn't working well.Pitifully horrible and frustrating! I watched 2 of the only 2 videos on YouTube to see how it's like...downloaded it and spent 4 hours trying to figuar this out... Didn't come close... Idk if this is a joke or what... I received a trial offer and want a refund for that... I've some ideas.Can the monthly fee please go down....i have been using stream studio on iphone...and is the best and cheap....i wanted to use android....with lilay to operate on...since it is the closest app to stream...but you guys have to please re-look into your app and at least make useable as possible like stream studio does...please that would be a great help for some trying to use android...that could be a boost on this app to level up with stream studio or even outlevel them....please its a lovely appUseless.

3. The video shows behaviour the app does not have.Does not work at all!!! I want my money back! It not connecting to the second device... It keeps saying, " Discovering Stream Device" and waited 20 minutes to see if it ever would! It never didNice app, just installed.

4. Does this app support this...? If not then please provide it for your users, as this is the need of time..... everyone is seeking this feature in the apps.Too expensive... let's work out those prices... and some trial time with all the features is a must, if you trying to show someone that your app is what they need.

1. Fix LILAY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LILAY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LILAY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LILAY" » Open LILAY - Chromakey Live Stream » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LILAY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LILAY - Chromakey Live Stream app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LILAY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LILAY - Chromakey Live Stream" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LILAY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LILAY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LILAY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LILAY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LILAY not working

2. Fix LILAY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LILAY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LILAY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LILAY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
