1. Just renewed another year as we really find this service useful.With the price of GPS systems costing hundreds at truck stops I needed as good of a system as possible to help me navigate North America.

2. I've been using this app for several years and have always gotten good results from my feedback.Long time user not really to many complaints till the other day my arrow just wouldn't catch up to the path.

3. Update to my review: the new routing is horrible! When adding or removing a via, the route is created from the starting point, where you first created the route instead of the place where you are!This app has improved a lot but still brings you to places that are not on the map.

4. I wish that there was a better option to customize a route other than adding multiple Vias and "Attempt to avoid area" several locations to alter the route to my needs.

5. But the main issue I have is in doing that I lost all my stuff 😕Over the years there has been a few updated that were messed up but I've never been without routing and every support message I sent was answered and fixed.

6. Maybe a "Route through" option much like "Attempt to avoid area" that doesn't place a via but bends the route to my will.

7. Still has things that have to be addressed: two labels on the same truck stop, most truck stops are announced two or even three times ex: " two truck stop detected " or " three truck stop detected " when, in fact, is only one.

8. Easy navigation makes the app all the more worth the money for a 3 year or 1 year subscription .I have been using this app for a couple of years now.

9. I know I have a good internet connection because my other gps apps work fine plus I do a data speed test and will have fast data.

10. Only other thing I would like to see is traffic alerts in advance with the option to reroute around long delays.This navigation app is great.

1. Fix SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA" » Open SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartTruckRoute 2 Nav & IFTA then reinstall.
