Conference calls are weirdly clear and reliable....given 5*s...the only one thing you could probably add is the referral button on the app interface to make it easier for you to track genuinely and also easier for your customers to refer, otherwise going back to play store is a bit tricky.I have an issue with my talkcom account over last month I could make calls well and we would talk with the recipient but if they call we wouldn't talk.I tried raising the issue over the WhatsApp team but they didn't help.I decided to uninstall the app and install again and now I can't even login.

2. Overall a good solid app when it works but don't expect customer service beyond what you'd get if you were anywhere within the Kenyan borders.At first it use to be a good app but nowadays you wouldn't be able to get back voice when someone calls but when you are calling it goes through successfully ,,,,,I have tried to raise the issue to your customer service but no response 1 month now since I experience that challengeApparently have been experiencing hard time with this app.

3. I've even called your number but was placed on hold for an hour twice at number one but nothing.Used to be a good app, unfortunately nowadays the experience is not so great,the credit always tops up in dollars eventhough I need the pounds option.

4. Any time i need to use it, must spend almost 2hrs before connecting...and when i end a call, trying followup is another issue.

5. Kindly improve on its network because sometimes you can make a call and it doesn't go through, keeps one trying maybe for 2 or 3 attempts for a call to go through.Well, have just one word for them.

6. Both are streaming just fine but it's been more than 24 hours with no success and even your customer service isn't responding to messages.

7. For the past 2 months I tried making a call and it's showing me error.

8. It's been more than 10 days since I installed the app but I have only made 4 calls with hundreds of attempts every single day.

9. I managed to make a call home, 2 minutes later I'm calling back to make a follow up and the call is giving errors.

10. I also suspect the tariff cost has gone up but there's been no word from the team.

11. I have been contemplating exiting but my dollars being stuck here painly holds me back.

1. Fix Talkcoms Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Talkcoms: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Talkcoms App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Talkcoms" » Open Talkcoms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Talkcoms » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Talkcoms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Talkcoms servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Talkcoms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Talkcoms app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Talkcoms might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Talkcoms. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Talkcoms then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Talkcoms not working

2. Fix Talkcoms Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Talkcoms be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Talkcoms not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Talkcoms may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
