Unfortunately, their responses have been unsatisfactory, as they claim to have resolved the issue without actually resolving anything.The app become worse by the time, a lot of technical issues, but the problem now is taht delivery is always late by 30-60 minutes more than the ETA, and orders are actually more expensive than ever sometimes double the actual price, for now I still prefer direct contact with my favorite restaurant rather than using this app because they deliver much slower and they got a lot of technical issues and expensive prices.Bad experience, I received an email from their customer service that my order couldn't be confirmed because my phone number is unreachable, so I contacted their customer service as I was instructed in the email and confirmed the order, the customer service told me that the order was ready to go and was accepted and that everything is good, but i...

3. After billing they give you fake delivery time , then they change it by their own without updating you , riders keeps on changing during the process and when you contact customer service to cancel the order they say it's not possible and we are sorry .

1. Fix talabat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart talabat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the talabat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "talabat" » Open talabat: Food, grocery & more » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for talabat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear talabat: Food, grocery & more app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from talabat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "talabat: Food, grocery & more" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check talabat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, talabat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall talabat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall talabat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing talabat not working

2. Fix talabat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make talabat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
