1. It would be 5 Stars if there are separate buttons for page scroll and a slide bar to adjust the speed right in the widget instead of having to go back to the main scroll app to adjust everytime.

2. So it will appear as though it is not working when it is just trying to scroll the wrong way.A great app scroll left/right/top/down works except it is not catered for ATV devices or similar.

3. I love that you can set the scroll speed to around your reading speed, press scroll & not have to touch your screen untill your done with whatever your reading.

4. In the same app, I could want different speeds on different contents, it's annoying that I have to go back to the main scroll app to change every time.

5. After the recent update , if you exit and restart an app , it doesn't work , and you need to stop the service and start the service of automatic scroll.

6. I am already a Pro user but I I'm happy to pay again for these additional features :)Been using it to scroll per page like a book while reading online.

7. Also shifting centre of scroll (on the fly) is needed when app has multiple horizontal scroll areas.It's not working for WhatsApp.

8. A tip for users... If you change the oriental of the toolbar to horizontal, you can only scroll horizontally, you can't scroll vertically.

9. Sure it'd be nice to slow down or speed up during scrolling, but the necessary features are all there.

10. The speed of scrolling is agonizing slow and if you want to speed it up you have to purchase the upgraded version which I did.

11. My biggest issue is that it stops working all the time, I have to go to its settings and restart it practically every time I use it.

1. Fix Automatic Scroll Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Automatic Scroll: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Automatic Scroll App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Automatic Scroll" » Open Automatic Scroll » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Automatic Scroll » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Automatic Scroll app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Automatic Scroll servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Automatic Scroll" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Automatic Scroll app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Automatic Scroll might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Automatic Scroll. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Automatic Scroll then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Automatic Scroll not working

2. Fix Automatic Scroll Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Automatic Scroll be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Automatic Scroll not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Automatic Scroll may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
