About CareSimple

1. The CareSimple Patient App is an easy way for you to monitor and manage your health conditions and your communications with your care team from the comfort of your home.

2. If you would like to participate, ask your employer, health plan or health care provider if they sponsor the program.

3. Your care team then monitors your health and can make informed decisions on how to provide the best care for you and your condition based on the regular readings you provide.

4. Your doctor sends you an invitation to participate in a CareSimple Remote Patient Monitoring program, and you’ll receive a code to access the app as well as a device in the mail.

5. The plan will include measurements (ex: take blood pressure daily), questionnaires (ex: respond to wellness check monthly) or other instructions (ex: check your feet weekly).

6. A personalized care plan will be created by your health care provider.

7. You will also be able to exchange messages (text, photo) with your health provider using the “Inbox” section of the app. N. B.

1. So upset about this.Was working great but now caresimple will not open, I uninstalled then reinstalled still won't open I have an s10 android phone which just had an update to 12.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CareSimple Issues

1. Fix CareSimple Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CareSimple: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CareSimple App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CareSimple" » Open CareSimple » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CareSimple » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CareSimple app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CareSimple servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CareSimple" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CareSimple app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CareSimple might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CareSimple. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CareSimple then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CareSimple not working


2. Fix CareSimple Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CareSimple be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CareSimple not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CareSimple may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
