Useless, worthless company owes us moneyit used to be a great app when it came out but I recently re Downloaded it for a trip to Miami and just nothing worked, events didn't update, barley information on the venues, buttons didn't work... terrible experience nowDoes not open on Note 8This is a great app to haveTried for the first time during my trip to Miami and the venue didn't use table list and didn't have my reservation.

2. What's the point of the app then?my friend got charged $250 by a restaurant because tablelist didn't feel it was necessary to cancel her booking or actually reply in any way whatsoever when she requested cancellation via the app, text and email.

1. Fix Tablelist Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tablelist: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tablelist App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tablelist" » Open Tablelist » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tablelist » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tablelist app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tablelist servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tablelist" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tablelist app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tablelist might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tablelist. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tablelist then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tablelist not working

2. Fix Tablelist Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tablelist be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tablelist not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tablelist may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
