1. I only gave it 3 stars because it's requirement to input a password every single time you open the app is a HUGE impediment to folks with disabilities and people in DBT with severe anger management issues.
2. All it will let me do is enter my password but the unlock button doesn't work nor does the unlock via fingerprint or forgot password.
3. The password can be entered but none of the unlock, fingerprint or forgot password things work.
4. I am a mental health therapist in a busy primary care clinic, and this app is one of the best I've seen in years! Easy to use, excellent topics (relax, distract, cope, inspire) and activities that can be individualized for each client.
5. This seems like a good app, but this important feature needs to be fixed (I see from comments I'm not the only one having issues with this part).
6. It seems that lots of people rely on this app.I don't like having to create an account and agree to all kinds of permissions before I can even see more of what's in the app itself.
7. More recently when I have tried to enter the app I cannot get past the password screen.
8. I simply couldn't navigate the password set up when I was struggling to breathe and ended up passing out.
9. Hopefully this gets fixed soon cause this app was really helpful when it worked.I can add files to the remind me tab, but literally cannot access them.
10. Please make this a well-advertised option and not mandatory.this app has been really helpful to distract from the downward spiral of negative thinking.
11. I'd really like to not have to delete & re-download cause I have a lot of stuff on it but it seems even that doesn't help.
