Don't bother.Absolutely the Best Heavy Vehicle App ive ever used, only wish it was around back when was driving interstate full time, but its great for a Single trailer, B-Double ~ Oversize or RoadTrains, after u pick which one it not only takes u on approved Roads/ Hwys , but u can click on any road an it wil show the Max Weight, Max height ,an width of that Road , plus has heaps of options u can add to that screen Speed , ALT , & speed limit for where u r, then u can add on Sygic speed camera app to it,So far so good.

Can i please have my money back I've done the reinstall 3 times and i even went as far as to hard reset my device!while testing the app properly for the first time today i was planning my route and used Sygic, i know the area well that i was heading to and straight away i noticed that the one bridge that i had to go under which has a restriction of 4.69 metres was mis-labelled as a 3.9 metre bridge.

3. Report function mainly just: Missing road? Wrong direction? Wrong speed limit) Need some details feedback on the errors on streets.

4. Alot to improve, as is too complicated to add a road closed, speed cameras that doesn't exist, narrow roads, one way and so on.I have a new phone and wanted to register/sign in, however, it proves to be impossible.

5. Map update speed slow, wrong address might retaining for entire quarter.

6. Maybe Sygic will refund my money spent on sometching I can't use.It's mighty funny how the 14 day Trial went flawlessly, but as soon as i buy the 3 months for $25 it freezes and crashes.

7. Missing bulk address input function, if user had over 100 stops that need to run everyday, one by one input is very painful and slow.

8. Con: Limited options for report errors on the street map.(example, routing user to address that's behind a wall.

9. If the app crashes mid trip and I reload a saved plan, I have to manually delete visited waypoints one by one, very time consuming.Been test run for a few days.

10. I like being able to plan a route with a large number of waypoints/stops and avoiding left turns, but the app crashes often and updates often break features.

11. if 1 is wrong it means others could be wrong, this means that i cannot trust the app for truck navigation.Not bad app, sometimes better than some satnav's.

1. Fix Sygic Professional Navigation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sygic Professional Navigation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sygic Professional Navigation App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sygic Professional Navigation" » Open Sygic Professional Navigation » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sygic Professional Navigation » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sygic Professional Navigation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sygic Professional Navigation servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sygic Professional Navigation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sygic Professional Navigation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sygic Professional Navigation might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sygic Professional Navigation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sygic Professional Navigation then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sygic Professional Navigation not working


2. Fix Sygic Professional Navigation Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sygic Professional Navigation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sygic Professional Navigation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sygic Professional Navigation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
