1. I got this app and ask installed a world and then went back onto my minecraft and I did not have my map! All I wanted was a map to survive on and when I installed the map the same minecraft add came on every second! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This app does not work one bit.You just get a 3 days free trial and after that you have to pay like 29,99$ per week ,the maps are good but if it was free 4-5 stars definitely so if you decide to make it free I'll happily give it 5 starsIf you make it so you have to pay money to get maps, everybody is gonna hate you, uninstall your app, and rat you 1 star, so, if you don't want that to happen, make the maps free!!!!!Just trash, horrible you have to pay after just three days it would be a lot better if you at least got to keep it for free for at least a week, then maybe this app would be rated 2 stars.You have to pay after three days.

I thought this game would be free, considering it doesn't even say you have to pay for it in the description, but once you download the app it says you get a three day free trial, but after that you would have to pay $21.99 monthly! I think it is absurd that a game with content you could get online, actually for free, has you pay so muchI fairly rate this app 1 star in total.

3. The app does not work, it says installed but when you enter your Minecraft, it's nothing but your maps.

4. Uninstall this!It just has like.. 9 maps and the Pictures under the Download button aren't even in the app.

1. Fix Survival Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Survival Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Survival Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Survival Maps" » Open Survival Maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Survival Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Survival Maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Survival Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Survival Maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Survival Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Survival Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Survival Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Survival Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Survival Maps not working

2. Fix Survival Maps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Survival Maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Survival Maps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Survival Maps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
